Zayvaah DO NOT hold liability for courier delays, damage to items due to the courier or a missed delivery by the customer. Any issues regarding delivery should be raised with Royal Mail directly.
We hold a strict policy in reference to no returns or no exchanges on ANY of our items. We also do not accept any cancellations once an order has been placed.
Customers are advised to read the products description and check the size guide before ordering. A full size guide is provided on all items therefore no returns/exchanges will not be accepted for sizing issues. All items are thoroughly checked before being packed and sent out to you.
It is down to the customer to ensure they have made the necessary checks when ordering to ensure there are no issues in sizes.
